Today I'm just mad. I'm mad dems can't be trusted to hold the line against republicans determined to make life as short and miserable as possible for as many of us as possible, I'm mad that every time I've been laid off that man is in office, including twice in 2025 just 10 months into his 2nd term.
I was just laid off for the second time this year. It's going to be a hard fall and winter. My safety net, as is the case for too many of us especially these days, is the kindness and generosity of friends and strangers. Anything helps.
