if you’re disabled and can’t write your own alt text, you can tag in a volunteer to respond to your post with alt text.
however, if it’s at all possible for you, it helps to add it yourself from the get-go.

I think if you have chronic pain in any form, it’s important to not get mad at yourself for being tired. It is genuinely not your fault. You’re always hurting, and it’s constantly stressing your brain out and sapping your energy. You’re doing the best you can, and that is enough. ❤️
