ChatGPT 5.2's improved reasoning over long contexts is really impressive.

It's ability to look at well over 100k words of my writing across 3 documents and synthesis a 'thesis' is really remarkable.

look ill stand by it. I don't think it makes a lot of sense to argue about which is 'worse' and I think the result is different. but i think 'what happened to us' wrt phones, online, social media, shortform video, whatever, needs to be talked about in context of the og screentime
people love talking about phone addiction but I think its all actually happening in the context of generations-deep tv addiction so terminal that we don't even notice it anymore
