DHS says an operation last week in which agents raided a Chicago apartment building, rappelled in from helicopters, broke down doors and detained numerous residents, resulted in the arrest of two suspected gang members.

In all seriousness, I'd love to see a reporter try to get comments from all of these people about their initial impulse to declare a literal war on half of their fellow citizens and to see if any of them regret it, apologized for it or learned anything at all from it.
like this is the most irresponsible level of hysteria i’ve ever seen. most of these people are either paid by the republican party, or are high level advisors and allies. this is insane

Just got my @brotherwisegames.bsky.social & @dragonsteelbooks.com produced copy of the Cosmere RPG - that is one FINE looking book. They really pulled out all the stops and put so much of the funding back into the product. Can’t wait to dive in and learn the system.

There’s no reason we can’t have nice things like this. Imagine a train trip to Las Vegas from LA, or LA to SF, or SF to Seattle that takes less time than taking a plane! (Counting pre-travel time).
