Lots that is grotesque here, but I think the key thing to notice is the zero-sum worldview: if we take in a 5yo immigrant, this somehow displaces or harms at 5yo American kid. There's a finite pool of "American" to distribute.

Putting aside the actual theology about which could scarcely care less, Trump really is an anti-Christ. A man of zero redeeming human qualities. A model of who not to be across the board. A being who brings immense suffering, with zero love, zero compassion, and nothing to teach us affirmatively.
