Hooray. After our train from Paris to Turin was cancelled due to a landslide in the Alps in Sep 2023, I sent a claim to TrenItalia for a refund. Which I eventually got last summer. They've just emailed me to say they're now giving me a bonus of €20.75 for some reason. @seatsixtyone.bsky.social
