I got up yesterday morning to find flowers and an envelope saying "Happy 41st". I thought "41st what?". I'd forgotten our wedding anniversary but Jules hadn't. She'd crept outta bed and slipped downstairs. Here we are last night at Cent Anni, our fave Italian restaurant in Wimbledon! Durrh. 🫢 ❤️

It took 5 MONTHS, allowing for breaks, to write this 38-minute symphony. We will have just 5 HOURS, allowing for breaks, to record it, sight-unseen by the musicians! I'm relying on the @londonsymphony.bsky.social legendary sight-reading to make it happen! 🥳🎶 @Republic_Media
