Woke up to quite the update on this. I had been in contact with Payment Cloud about getting their service and they waited until now to hit me with the image below. Again, stringing me along instead of being upfront. They had seen my website multiple times before this.

Spoke with an anon source who had an interesting insight into Visa policy. Per a convo with their bank on the Steam/itchio situation today, Visa put new restrictions into place due to a new "government policy." The exact phrase used by Visa. No specific country was listed as the source of the policy

I have been seeing momentum in rightfully claiming that identifying children online will not in fact protect them but name them easier to find for “Epstein Clients”, which makes the sudden push from governments pretty sus.
It's our right to remain anonymous and keep the internet accessible. If we make it compulsory to upload identifying information to every site, in the best case scenario it's a huge data security risk.
In the worst case scenario, it's the start of the end for artistic freedom and expression online.
