Leg is feeling better, thank gawd it's just a sprain. Still using the next few days to rest and recover

I pulled my hamstring doing a split. I think it's just cause I didn't do enough warm up stretches, but I'm 90% sure it's a simple strain and should heal up quickly...

So I just realized I've been wearing my earbuds the wrong way for an entire year... which means I've been editing my audio hearing the left channel on my right ear and right channel on my left year... for a whole year...
