Some realpolitik: I would like Judge Boasberg to drop every possible hammer on DOJ. I just note for the record that the more aggressive he is, the more likely some kind of stay is from a higher court. It's a difficult to navigate balance.

This is a result of wellness quacks like RFK Jr. who demonize conditions like autism and ADHD.
1️⃣ hyperbaric chambers are for serious specific issues, not ADHD, and should never be used without a medical doctor.

This was a cash business providing unapproved therapies. There is no evidence to support hyperbaric for ADHD; there’s not even a plausible mechanism.
