Ok, so it's an Enterprise scene. We're outside on an alien planet on a bright day against a building in the background, and something ceremonial is happening. In the background is a couple of alien guys standing and holding their arms in a non tradish way, wearing long tan and gold outfits. They have big forheads and long hanging spikey hair. Another spikey hair guy is sitting in the middle of the back kind of overseeing, and then I think some Enterprise crew are standing next to sitting spikey hair alien guy, but they're kind of visually blocked by the main story here which is Captain Archer who is standing front and center and closer to us, the dear viewer. Archer has some hair braids with beads woven into his normal hair, similar to the spikey guys, and also like he just got back from a vacation in the Caribbean and is trying to hold onto "the culture." Oh, and he's shirtless and quite kind of swol? And sweaty. I don't want to say he's glistening but he's kind of glistening. Anyways, just to finish up here, he's holding a chainsaw & preparing to saw through a log on a stand in front of him. Closed caption reads, "(CHAIN SAW BUZZING)"
