It's not about denying it most of the time. I'm not entirely sure what you searched to find that image, but the website that posted it (therollingtape.com/revisiting-p...) is exactly the problem. Upon first watch, Timmy the author didn't even realize Promare is SUPPOSED to be gay.

Promare intentionally frames the situation as CPR so it can have plausible deniability that the thing happening on screen isn't actually gay, it's just standard procedure.
Every other scenario Galo and Lio are denied every chance at intimacy, even when it's blatantly obvious it's missing.

Ok glad I wasn't the only one that felt like that was a cop out. Like I watched Promare and the last season of Symphogear back to back pretty much and walked away wondering how the latter was gayer than two guys kissing on screen.

Billionaires suck but also Gabe is at least using these yachts he buys for things other than personal use. There was one back in August that he bought to help with ocean research and deep sea exploration.
I imagine, despite how much more lavish this one is, it will serve a similar purpose.
