My 2025 "Game of the Year" award goes to Minecraft!
I first started playing Minecraft 14 years ago. Then I played a bunch a decade ago. After a long break I recently got back into it and have loved exploring the massive amounts of new features. Minecraft keeps growing and I love playing it!

I can get digital PC Gamer and Retro Gamer magazines through my library here in the US but I wish I could also get @debugmag.com ! @danielcrocker.uk
One thing many people don't know, but you may well get free digital access to print gaming mags through Libby/your local library card. Even expensive imports like Edge are in there, in my case!

For a new player to a game series like Sim City do you think it is better to start at a recent release or the very beginning?
On one hand the newest games have thorough tutorials and help systems.
On the other hand the original game has a smallish subset of the mechanics so it is easier to learn.

Platypus Reclayed is fun and it has an amazing sound track. They used practical effects! This modern remaster of the 2002 version is great for two player co-op! The visuals are fantastic. For me this game is 💯

get_v_scroll_bar().custom_minimum_size.x = 18
