I'm fucking angry that we are still talking about fascist's ideas as "differing opinion". They are not opinions they are cancer, and fighting agianst them is not censorship is common sense.

In another episode of "this country is going to hell", the big annual Rome's book fair has given a stand to a neofascist publisher. More than 80 between authors,publishers and journalists sent a letter to complain, but of course nothing changed and the publishers hasn't been removed.

The death of browsing is part of the reason art is the way it is now. Our opinions are largely fed to us by algorithms. Spending a spare 15 minutes wandering around a bookstore or comic shop or video rental place was how you found stuff you wouldn't ordinarily pick up and thereby expanded your taste
Bookselling is like the most "people go to the store and buy what looks cool to them without a particular agenda" type business left, and your purchases have a huge influence on what is ordered, what is displayed, and what is recommended.

I'm also super happy about having found the Capcom's artbook.
In my jetlagged haze I forgot to take a picture but I also managed to find an old Superplay dvd for Deathsmiles and Mushi Futari.

Playing stuff at Mikado made me appreciate arcade games even more. Once I'm back home I wanna start learning Druaga and Mushi Futari (if I can find an adapter to use my controllers on my xbox 360)

In an hour or so I'll be on the plane, then 15 hours and I'll be home.
This trip was fantastic, saw a ton of cool places and spent way too much money on so many cool things (I'll post some photos in the coming days). My love for Japan increased even more

It's the last night here in Japan and now that I'm preparing the bags and everything I'm getting really sad. I love this country and I'll miss it dearly just like I did last year, hopefully I'll be able to come back next year.

Tokyo is beautiful but also tiring. Saw the National Museum's main hall today and it was really cool.
