Seems too simple… What’s the catch?
Easy NFL rule change that would solve the "is it a catch, is it not a catch" question:
If it ever is a catch, nothing after can deem it not a catch.
This would make situations like Dez, Megatron, Brandin Cooks purely a catch. It would solve everything.
