🚨BREAKING: Two attorneys with DOJ Public Integrity Section have entered appearances, and moved to dismiss the criminal indictment against Eric Adams.

This stain on this once proud part of DOJ will not easily be erased.

I’m sure it’s just my TDS, but I think Trump is proving to be exactly as bad as we said he was going to be and people who acted like we were hysterical should be embarrassed they didn’t do more to try and stop it.

A new North Dakota bill would require stores to pull any book with any "material harmful to minors" from the shelves.

For those in the cheap seats, that effectively means ANY mention of sex, sexuality or gender.

A bookseller could be arrested for displaying 1984.

Port: It's not just about kids, and it's not just libraries
Legislation under consideration in Bismarck wouldn't just restrict access to books in schools and libraries. The language of the bill also applies to private book stores.

Received a letter from POTUS today purporting to remove me as Commissioner and Chair of the FEC. There's a legal way to replace FEC commissioners-this isn't it. I've been so fortunate to serve the American people and stir up some good trouble along the way. That's not changing anytime soon.

Democrats campaigned this year on “when we fight, we win.” And since they lost the election all they have done, from Biden on down, is surrender. It’s disgraceful yet typical.

GOP and voters claimed crime was a big issue in the election.

But they just let Trump off on serious crimes against the United States.

I don't want to hear about their concern re: crime again.

What a strange headline for a story that notes:

1. 2,169 ballots were rejected for no ID.
2. "The voter ID law disproportionately hindered Democrats."
3. "The evidence overwhelmingly shows" that fraud "is essentially nonexistent."
4. The state Supreme Court race was decided by only 625 votes.
