Atesh meldet,daß Rußland in Teilen beschädigte Ausrüstung nicht etwa instand setzt. Sondern,daß diese SPZ oder KPZ verschrottet werden und der Erlös im Sumpf der Korruption versickert. Das ist ein weiterer Baustein für #collapsingRussia
