Ukraine is still hitting military targets and oil infrastructure, every day
Confirmed by Ukraine’s General Staff: the rare Russian A-60 airborne laser aircraft was likely destroyed in a strike on the Beriev plant in Taganrog. Also hit: drone factory “Molniya,” oil terminals in Novorossiysk, Tuapse refinery, and an S-400 launcher.

This is such a problem in Phoenix, I wait full seconds after the light turns green because someone runs a red at practically every intersection. It all changed when the pandemic taught us that the social contract is an illusion and only fools care about other people (I am a fool).

Looks like this is real. About 40% of the flight at 8k feet, then bumped up to 10k, and then finally went up higher, but only to 20k feet. Much slower than normal flight and likely burned a lot more fuel. But the view out the window was probably impressive.

It’s now been a day and a half since Russia launched a premeditated military attack on Poland, ostensibly an ally of the USA. And so far this is the only reaction of the US president. And some people still think the US will defend Europe from Russia…

Everyone should know this & make use of it. I have been successful about 85% of the time appealing my insurance claim denials. It takes persistence, but you can do well. Document every conversation & get each person's full name.
When an insurance company is deciding whether to pay for your medical treatment, it generates a file, which should contain all records associated with your case, including documents explaining why the claim was denied.

You have a right to see this file.

We stopped expanding the House in the 1920s, decided the Supreme Court should freeze in the 1930s, added the last states in the 1950s, amended the Constitution only once in the last fifty years.

The USA and its government continued to grow, but almost all that growth came in the executive branch.
i really think the only reason we haven't created new states — which was a common political tactic in the 19th century, see nevada and the dakotas — is that 50 is a round number
