@podsaveamerica.crooked.com What's up with the audio levels on the last few months of pods? I have to crank it up to hear the hosts but if you play a clip it blows out my ear drums. I have to endure clips of the cheeto in chief absolutely deafening everyone in the car.

Very generally AI can't make art but artists can use AI to make art. People hated cameras, then they hated digital cameras...etc. To wit; Writing a prompt and clicking a button doesn't make one an artist. Art must inspire and challenge.
This just came up so for anyone who doesn't know - .AI files are *a vector file type*, they are Adobe Illustrator's native file type. Files ending with .ai don't have anything to do with /that/ kind of AI 🫶 Pls don't call out an artist bc you see them working on an .ai file

One of my party facts is that according to polls, Americans believe foreign aid is about 25% of the federal budget and on average that it *should* be about 10%.
The actual number is less than 1%.
Foreign aid has long been a boogey man of the right, so it's not surprising they're vilifying it now.

It's great that the internet gives us the ability to discuss and share ideas. On the other hand ....what are we hoping to gain by adding comments to porn? That might be the only form of prose lower than youtube comments or what's scribbled on bathroom walls.

It's not even been a month. I'm exhausted. I just want to lay naked on the beach and for my country to be in the hands of a caring and empathetic leader that wants to govern for the good of all Americans and to make gentle nudges for our world to be slightly less terrible. Instead we have this.
