My neighbour told me US Military forces keep capturing his Presidents, so I asked how many President he has and he said when one gets taken he just appoints a new President afterwards so I said it sounds like he's just giving Presidents to US Military forces and then his daughter started crying.

I feel very strongly that if you paid a guy to make you CSAM, and you got caught, not only would both of you be arrested, but "Technically it was my computer that made the CSAM" would not be a compelling defence in court. And yet somehow, here we are.
This is a thread of major media outlets falsely anthropomorphising the "Grok" chatbot program and in doing so, actively and directly removing responsibility and accountability from individual people working at X who created a child pornography generator (Elon Musk, Nikita Bier etc)

And then you find out everybody with a Doorknob Jones name all got their name from one specific guy whose whole thing is just...giving people Doorknob Jones-ass names.

2) There’s a dark elf guy and he can make portals
3) other kinds of magic exist but we haven’t been shown much of it besides “entire army wiped out in seconds offscreen”

People who respond to "bluesky has no algorithm" to 'well actually' that some of the specific feeds that aren't the "following" feed do have an algorithm really just sort of annoy me. The main thing most people want to do is follow people and see their posts with no algo, and the main feed is that.
