I actually don’t need to be a programmer to be able to look at AI-generated art, translation, or written work to deem them inferior to what a very proficient human (that’s me) can produce.

To clarify: I am doing a fully revised re-retranslation, to align my Odyssey translation more closely with my Iliad. Many phrases will be the same, including, of course, "complicated". Many will be a little different. If interested, check back in a couple of years!

ahhhh i'm at that point in my career where recent grads are hitting me up for informational interviews :O and i'm pleasantly surprised to find that i have useful things to share that leave people more encouraged than discouraged, and that feels nice 😊

ah, my adhd meds are working their magic today ~ sometimes i want to leave america but it also means losing access to critical meds... but perhaps living elsewhere might not require me to take adhd meds because the culture/lifestyle would be friendlier to my brain and way of being in the world?
