Photograph taken on a Christmas Day wander in the depths of rural Lancashire, UK. A couple of tall Fireweed stalks in focus with winter skeleton trees and dry grass behind. Blue and cloudy sky overhead. Sunlight catches the stems. Love to take myself off for a long wander on Christmas Day, away from the ongoing feasting and out into nature. Lots of others seem to do the same. Christmas felt a bit easier this year which was a relief. Nature is a wonderful, healing thing - head outdoors for a while if you can.
