I am so grateful for the internet. Today I learned how to make tofu from scratch, which includes learning about soy milk, tofu skin (or yuba), and okara (the leftover soybean pulp.) I now have 3 ingredients that were fun & easy to make & I can't wait to find other fun ways to use them.
