Former Canadian soldier Brittney, aka “Zhuk,” serves in Ukraine’s 25th Airborne Brigade.

After training Ukrainian crews on Leopard tanks, she joined the front herself. Now an FPV drone pilot, she says she has zero percent Ukrainian blood but loves Ukraine.

See what’s happening. A Trumpist US media company has taken over Channel 5. Another US company is gunning for ITV. Our social media is saturated by Musk’s calls for civil war in the UK. The BBC is the last thing standing, and Trump/Johnson are trying to bring it down

I can’t support this bill. It doesn’t meet the urgency of the moment and deliver actual relief that can pass both chambers of Congress.

I’ve been clear that we need real action to stop the devastating health care cost increases that are hurting millions of families. 1/2

Because @fetterman.senate.gov doesn’t care about Pennsylvanians (let alone the Democratic Party), he has an obscenely strict character limit for emails and no one answers the phone and they don’t allow one to leave a voicemail if it’s after hours.
Call the United States Capitol switchboard at (202) 224-3121 and they will connect you with your senator's office.

If you're represented by one of the squishier centrists, be sure to make a call. Now.
Sounds like the squishes in the senate caucus are ready to pull the plug with no ACA changes. This is real. If you want to register your opinion you shld call yr senator in the next hour. They not only want to reopen w/nothing. They want cover from their colleagues who still want to hold out.

Caving on a deal that doesn’t fix health care is, and always has been, a giant betrayal of the American people.

Hold the line. Save health care. I’m a NO on anything that doesn’t extend ACA subsidies.

Extremely important points here 👇. Yet there’s more. Just reviewing the numerous steps taken in the 2020 election, we might recall: those who were charged with illicit access to voter data; the false slates of electors; the constant lies to & via the media; the removal of drop off boxes & more.
History has taught us that this is precisely when Donald Trump is most dangerous — and when Republicans turn to voter suppression, election subversion and worse. With the 2026 midterm elections less than a year away, Trump is already plotting his next moves.

Here’s what we all need to prepare for.

Did I use my newsletter for some self-promotion? Yes. Am I also making the urgent case that Trump is returning to an early-20th Century style of militarized imperialism at home and abroad? Also yes. Do I wish my book was a lot less relevant? Every day.
