I'm not the biggest "but the troops!" person, but I'm deleting all the singles day email promotions unread. I get that not everyone celebrates Veterans Day/Remembrance Day, but for companies based in places that do, replacing it with a shopping-centric holiday rubs me the wrong way.

I was also very excited that 56 is still considered young, until I guessed the typo.
Exit polls say Abigail Spanberger won young men 56–42 today. Talk about a narrative buster.

I have read this, and now I'm afraid I actually know too much about Curtis Sliwa.
Was honored to help @chana.bsky.social edit this deep dive compilation of Curtis Sliwa lore gathered over weeks. There is so much jaw-dropping material, we simply could not bear to make it shorter than 76 slides.
I’m sorry but you still don’t know enough about Curtis Sliwa

"Drink the Rich" by @tonywirt.com might shock you a little. Superbly narrated by Rebecca Lee, this one is a stunner.

I for one think the Epstein Ballroom will be magnificent. I love the decor theme of “what if Uday Hussein ran a Ramada Inn.” And giving it a theme song everyone will associate with it is a stroke of brilliance! “Thank Heaven for Little Girls” is very catchy.

Salvation Army seen feeding ICE today. For anyone who doesn't already know about their bigotry, here is more, No need to give them your money this Christmas, or ever.
It’s dinner time for the police. Appears to be pizza from a Salvation Army van.
