Hey heads up everyone apparently we have to keep receipts for all of our property every otherwise the train company won't reimburse for property damage even when it's down to their own passenger assist access fails and passengers being aggressive while clearly having sharp items on them

There was someone on twitter who as doing campaigning around train access fails? Does anyone know if she is on here? I haven't bothered complaining in the past but had a terrifying one at the weekend and the rail company are being really shit about it so need some advice .

In this case, though, it looks like they are only using the software to categorize results. Whatever the EHRC was doing, it wasn't simply categorizing stuff... they seem to be using it as a get out of jail free card to avoid actually reading, analyzing, and replying to the consultation responses.

But it caught my eye that the government is using the same approach elsewhere, here with 50,000 responses being analysed with an AI approach in less than 2 hours.

It is a shocking indictment of rampant institutional prejudice & contempt for trans communities that Trans Safety Network are having to spend time critiquing the harmful actions of an entity, here Healthwatch, who is supposed to be advocating for trans people.

The EHRC removed the "interim guidance" that has been devastating the lives of trans people for months from it's website.
