Some really interesting research cited in this video. So how do we shift the conversation faster? What can we do to get people to see motonormativity as the public health crisis that it is? youtu.be/PdqZsRayyFk?...
This is the biggest barrier to more people riding bikes in cities

This one wins #WorstBikeRack in the category of Absolute Accessibility Fail. (Along with being too close together & too close to the building)
Ah, just where I want to park my bike… up 9 stairs! 🙄

WATCH: Seriously, if you’re following ANY bike-lane debate, you HAVE TO WATCH this news story. You actually can’t make this up. Ford claims without evidence that bike-lanes are bad for small business, and THE ACTUAL BUSINESS ASSOCIATION obliterates him with data.

Safe bike-lanes mean business.
Annex businesses tell Ford to back off Bloor bike lanes
Stores in the Annex say the Bloor bike lanes have been a big boost to business. As Michelle Mackey reports, the neighborhood's BIA wants the province to back off its new bill that could see the lanes ...

🤣😂🤣😂 Amazing. I need to see this ad!
Just saw a car ad that tried to sell being stuck in traffic as quality family time. I’ve never felt more sure that we’re near the collapse of car culture.

Ugh, yes. Also: give me the garment measurements. I will decide how much ease I want in the hips/waist, etc thankyouverymuch. Don't give me a "00-12" size chart that doesn't even have waist/bust/hip measurements!!
i wish brands would include more technical information in their product descriptions. i don't need to know this was inspired by timeless italian men summering in nantucket who could dress up or down. i want to know the fabric weight, leather tanning method, seam construction, etc.

I love online orders with local pickup--great excuse for a quick bike ride! Hit @samsaracycle.bsky.social to pick up (yes, ANOTHER) leopard print thing. (Did you know they have a 30% off sale right now? 👀👀) Great timing 😂 --I don't think I'll need to wear this windbreaker for over a week! 🥵 1/3

Dropped off a hand-me-down baby/kid chair for our friends. Nice day for a ride & a good excuse for a little #CarryShitOlympics post. 😜

I've had my Tern GSD S10 for SIX years today. 🎂 Celebrated by running errands. 😜 In 24,105km, I've carried many many different passengers, so many loads of groceries, & random awkward stuff like today's mostly full keg of beer.

#GettingStuffDone by cargobike on my @ternbicycles.com #GSD: Grocery pickup. Guy who brought out my groceries didn't think I'd get it all on the bike. Haha! This is nowhere near my biggest load. 😜

Uhh, @thecarnivalband.bsky.social can we do this? I've got the cargobike & BikeBus connections, you've got the brass...
Can you haul a brass band on bikes to accompany your #BikeBus to school? For the third time, yes.

Big thanks to all our volunteers and musicians!

This is a whole category of #WorstBikeRacks: obstructed by seasonal plant sales. 🙄
Just what you need, The Range continues to keep giving the finger to those who cycle with piss poor outdated cycle parking which often obstructed with their promotions. Now they've bloody pulled one out than repair it as been loose for over a year to use the space for promotional goods!
