The only Legitimate Concerns about asylum seekers are concerns for their well being and safety. For a rich country like ours to incessantly whine about these people as if we are their victims is perhaps the single most pathetic spectacle in British politics over the past quarter century.
No, I'd say it's racists and those pandering to them.

MPs urge Reeves to raise gambling taxes despite ‘scaremongering’ from firms.

Quite right.

Bet365 CEO collected £323m in pay and dividends last year. Company paid 12.7% corporation tax on £1.4bn profit.

Almost all betting companies have offshore tax haven operations, solely to dodge UK taxes.

If you listen to Labour, their reasons for being cruel to refugees is twofold: a) to win the votes of bigots, b) to deter economic migrants. They think harming the most vulnerable is an acceptable price to pay to benefit themselves & deter the needy.

And coincidentally, Reform’s cabinet member for social care in Lancashire, owns a private care company with his wife.
So, the son of an elderly woman, in a Lancashire council funded care home, threatens to leave the party, if the Reform council continue with their plans to sell off five residential care homes, to save money. Oh, the irony!

Not tax avoidance. Not tax evasion. They just didn't realise when you sell stuff you have to charge VAT.
