My Nixon movie is a sort of contemporary fantasia involving Hunter S Thompson.
Stone’s is a taller order, trying to fit everything in & get to grips with him - which of course is impossible, he defeats you, but Stone is such a great writer & filmmaker that it’s a hell of a stab.
