It’s utterly disorienting trying to process the relentless stream of horrors amidst the relentless pace of daily life with a high-intensity preschooler. Nowhere for your anger to go, just grinding it down internally and coughing it out as enthusiasm & patience, because you have to.
Wake up. Make breakfast. Do email. Watch a murder. Go to a party for a 5 year old. Laugh with my daughter. See a different angle of that murder. Hear govt officials slander the victim. Play Barbies with my kid. Feed her dinner. Tear up at that victim reading last honors to a vet. Put kid to bed. USA

Reused the fire screen wipe from Roid Chimp; I did spend like 36 hours drawing that, so it’s good to get use out of it
Sound effects next, and then setting up the npc’s navigation from the church to the town next!

I’m tired of being talked down to by people like this. They are doing the Elon Musk Mars In 2 Years bit but have tied the entire U.S. economy to a bespoke compliment generator. It’s time to start talking about these AI mutants like delusional babies.

I have never seen anything more impotent than the EU right now. The US just invaded a nation for its own financial benefit, murdered dozens, disappeared the de facto leader, claimed governance and the oil - and has openly said Greenland is next, and our leaders are here going "oh well yeah haha"

Just so I'm clear on this, computer memory has tripled in price because a bunch of it that hasn't been produced yet has been ordered to populate GPUs that aren't installed in data centers that aren't built yet in order to service a demand that doesn't exist to make profits that don't happen.

Been playing video games and I literally just boot up Final Fantasy VIII Remastered with McIndus upscale texture mods and card grind Fastitocalon-Fs endlessly at 3x speed.
Pure bliss.
