I've been taking some time away following the peaceful passing of a family member 🕯️🤍🕊️ June was a foster child who became a nurse until her retirement. She was a lifelong cat lover and a loving Aunt. 😻 She had a great laugh. She took no shit. Rest in power, June 💕🌻

In my years of reporting on LGBTQ news this was by far the hardest.
But we are still here. You made it to Friday. You lived. Good job. That wasn’t easy.
Through a diversity of tactics, we will continue to live.
Rest up, drink water, find community, so that we can all be here tomorrow too.
