I think trying to make the best choice for right now that meets & honors your needs is very valid. For some folks it’s much easier than others to just run out somewhere when they need things. I think disability justice & equity is also about accommodations like this being prioritized by society. 💝

I very much hear you on this, I’m stuck home most of the time when my partner isn’t here to help me get around 🫂 years of living alone was like unbearably hard & even now he does so much to care for me & works long hours. It’s hard to manage without getting some things delivered.

Ughhh I’m sorry!! 😣 I hope you find good options. Etsy is trying a subscription that lets you get free shipping for a lot of things, which doesn’t help with everything but I’m doing a vintage theme for my wedding & did find a lot of lovely things there ☺️

A lot of companies are trying to cut out customer support & site moderator salaries entirely. It was a huge trend to move customer experience offshore more cheaply & now they’re trying to use AI that isn’t ready or well-designed for more & more.
So could be an intended evil or the unintended fallout

I’m sorry, that’s so weird! I’ve never had this happen but have had an account for many years so it might also be that new ones without positive seller ratings are being reviewed by AI which may or may not be working as intended. Not defending them & can totally see it being sketch or a crap system
