"No one is angry about games not containing gen AI" is such a hell of a good point. It is incredibly off-putting to many customers, an absolute deal-breaker, yet there is no flip side to that, no consumer base clamouring for it, no demand. They can only try to wear people down into accepting it.
I saw this and had two thoughts,

This joke sums up my biggest aesthetic complaint about AI: the thing is designed to make stuff that feels familiar in every way. But it could be making wild shit that only computers could dream of. And why are we destroying the earth for things we have already seen?
