And this is exactly why I have been reposting my threads on US and Native American Citizenship and Voting Laws because while some are being challenged, others are being weaponized.
Do we need to say it louder? Here. Louder.

As you talk about Greenland, please make sure you are talking about the >56,000 Inuit who have called the Island their home for thousands of years. Here are 2 stories that include their voices, concerns, and hopes.

Here's an enraging story I wrote about today: A lady currently incarcerated in Texas has been taking care of a stray cat. It got sick. Her daughter started a fundraiser to pay for the vet. The prison now has put her in solitary confinement. thebarbedwire.com/2026/01/15/p...
After a Prison Cat Fundraiser Went Viral, Texas Officials Put His Caretaker in Solitary Confinement
“She was crying when she called me,” her daughter told The Barbed Wire. “This is not a place my medically challenged mother should be.”

I ate doctored-up ramen tonight at home instead of ordering delivery, so you know what, I might as well give what I would have spent if I got delivery or went out.
Hey folks Calvary Food Shelf has been helping out people in Minneapolis for 30 years, and now they’re ramping up to meet the crisis, including doing home deliveries so people don’t have to risk going out.

They’re just over halfway to their current goal—let’s get them all the way, shall we?

🚨WHOA. The El Paso Medical Examiner says it will rule the death of a 55-year-old Cuban man at ICE's "Camp East Montana" tent camp as a homicide.

He was allegedly choked to death by a guard during a "struggle" after he refused to enter a housing unit without his medications.

I am enjoying having my #Chamera handy instead of grabbing my phone and seeing notifications. I can transfer the photos directly to my phone later, so they are easy to share.

I got myself a Charmera camera for my birthday. I took a few test photos and transferred them to my phone to make sure it worked. Then, after work, I went for an 80 min walk, taking photos and consuming the entirety of its battery.

Now impatiently waiting for it to charge enough to transfer them.
