I can't trust politicians who are anti-trans. Not because I'm "only searching for perfection" which is what centrists will be accusing me of for the rest of my life, it's because if you're not pro-trans you'll be garbage on lots of other issues too. Being anti-trans NEVER exists in a vacuum.

There is a cottage industry of people who talk about how dangerous it is that people like Walz and Frey are being investigated and I’m just not having it.
Sure it’s concerning. I’m far more concerned about the people getting kidnapped and murdered than the powerful guys with security details.

So Fidelity pushed out an update to their mobile app that essentially locks out anyone using an older (before v. 13) Android. They did this overnight, with no warning and no notification that they were about to remove mobile app access for thousands of users.
Guess I'm taking my business elsewhere.

It's infuriating watching those in positions of actual power - mayors, senators, governors, judges, police chiefs, company executives, et cetera - regularly and repeatedly fail to demonstrate even the slightest backbone while thousands of regular people put themselves at risk every single day.
Here's Jacob Frey & his police chief. Is Frey telling his police to protect his own residents? No! He's letting his police chief order protestors to stop exercising their first amendment rights, and calling them "criminal demonstrators"

It's incredibly demoralizing to constantly see the highest institutions of government and academia and the most important and widely seen news outlets knuckle under one after another, but then to see the gulf between that and the bravery of communities and neighbors and teachers - that's something

So I was out of commission for most of the day yesterday after an emergency trip to the doctor, but in case there's anyone out there who doesn't know where I stand:
Abolish ICE & arrest every single person involved, from the agents all the way up to Noem and Trump.
