Losing these two so close together just isn't fair.

I'm not prepared for the stars we're going to eventually lose also.

Best in Show.

For Your Consideration.

Waiting For Guffman.

Catherine completely dominates all 3 and it's simply performance art.

GOD I HATE THIS.

Losing Diane Keaton and Rob Reiner and Catherine O'Hara in quick succession is a pretty big blow for people who enjoy elementary things such as "laughter" and "joy"

Tried to put into words what Catherine O'Hara meant to a pop culture lover like myself.

I didn't do it justice, but.....

I'll have her work with me forever.

Thank you Catherine. thestateofpopculture.blogspot.com/2026/01/reme...

There’s no better drunk acting than Catherine in Waiting For Guffman.

She devoured EVERY ROLE.

Catherine O’Hara treated the weirdest characters she played with empathy and as whole people - I think that’s why she could be so funny in dramatic roles, make you cry in a comedy, and bring you into any film with dedication to its world and to using her artistic voice to explore it. Devastating.

Catherine O’Hara gave us all so much. Her comedy inspired me. Her characters served as proxy mothers for many of us.

All of our lives, and our culture more broadly, are better because of her life and work.
