You are our hope to break this cycle...

Names being floated by reporters as potential next Bears OC: Tanner Engstrand, Press Taylor, JT Barrett, Antwaan Randle El.

I'd also keep in mind Ben Johnson intentionally hired quite a few coaches last year that he didn't have a history with to create a mix of perspectives, including Doyle.

Damn. Now Ben need someone to do his homework. Who do you think bears will hire?
Jordan Schultz: The #Ravens are hiring #Bears OC Declan Doyle as their new OC.

Doyle was a key part of Caleb Williams’ success in Chicago, and now gets to work with 2x NFL MVP Lamar Jackson.

This is terrific work. “White women’s bodies were supposed to be sacrosanct. Respectable professionals were supposed to be “off-limits.” That’s no longer the case. For Black people, this country has always been fascist. What’s new is who else is inside the blast radius.”

I was reminded this morning of something I wrote about Stephen Miller way back in 2018, when he was first gaining a foothold in White House policymaking. Harrowing stuff.

This is how the game works. You could have started it earlier to avoid the snow. Or played it the day before. Or built a dome. Is it ideal? No, but if the alternative is to play them at Jerryworld, hard pass for me.
Everyone hates the idea of neutral-site conference championship games. Until the fourth quarter of Patriots-Broncos, which was unplayable -- and unwatchable.
Should conference championships be played at neutral sites?
Patriots-Broncos snowstorm could dust off an old debate.
