I think one challenge with writing Inarora is trying to get her to trip over her words the way I do. Especially remembering to have her trip over them.

#QueerPrompts first and foremost I want to point out that Kaedan is a veteran. He sustained a very specific back injury during the second Rhanalanian War, which is why he uses a wheelchair.
Also his great-Aunt served in the first Rhanalanian War.

When I made the decision to get an illustrated cover for my trans demon romance 'A Damning Desire' (thanks to @dania_sang as always). It was really important to me to have a clench cover. I grew up on the old HQN and Mills and Boons books and I always wanted a Black LGBQT+ person on the cover.

This is what I don't get about people who use AI. The whole point of writing is writing. Like ... what are you even doing here if you don't like writing? Go cook. Go hiking. Go ride a bike. Go play a video game. If you don't like writing ... then don't? But you can't claim a title you did not earn.
That’s the other thing that baffles me about AI and creative writing, actually.
The work IS the joy for me. I don’t want to be able to snap my fingers and have a completed “product.” I want to be transformed by the process. I’m an author but I do this because I enjoy the rigor of being a writer.

In terms of process, I enjoy writing but revising????? Oh, that’s my real kink. A second or third draft???? A fourth???? Making tweaks on my desktop AND my phone???? *moans* I’m a WHORE for revision.

So in like 1/4 of the time it took to get all my Twitter followers, my Bsky numbers are now nearly on par with that and my posts get far more interaction. (We don't talk about Threads LMFAO.)

#WritingPrompt I don’t think Ina is okay with revenge (at least not right now). But Kaedan only does revenge if he feels it’s necessary and will actually do good. Which is not very often
