Heat exhaustion is dangerous. Heat stroke can be deadly. Please remember, you cannot hydrate your way out of heat illness. Take frequent rest breaks with your whole body in shade. Heat kills! Especially if doing physically demanding work in high temperatures. #WeFeedYou #CALOR

Transgender medicaid ban and definition of sex are back in the federal bill - Dems can raise a point of order and force a vote, and as long as we don't lose 7 dems on this, Dems can keep it out.

This means that Democrats will have to raise a point of order on this part of the bill. This would force a vote on the amendment that would require 60 votes. Republicans have 53 Senate seats, so it means they would need to pick off 7 Democrats for this.
