Got to do the toddler dad equivalent of sleeping in (provide for basic needs then turn on bluey and lay down for another hour).
Then a fat latte and a piece of pumpkin pie to get the ball rolling, and since then Eli and I have enjoyed a day-after feast of leftovers. Jehovah Jireh.

All three things I made for thanksgiving fucking slapped and I’m just feeling so chuffed. Did a 24 hr wet brine for the turkey, three pounds of fresh shredded cheese for the mac, garlic butter and honey glaze for the roasted carrots.
