Birth citizens, on the other hand, can take more than they give, because their status makes them more valid as humans. That's where the implications of this rhetoric go. All migrants know that they have to be and do better than everyone else just to 'justify their presence'.

Schnell mal zum Buchladen um die Ecke - das wird immer schwieriger. Obwohl die Branche mehr Umsatz macht, gibt es immer weniger Geschäfte. Das Statistikamt nennt auch mögliche Gründe für den Rückgang.

Auf die Frage, was er zur Kritik sage, dass die völlige Streichung von Bürgergeld und Mietzahlungen Obdachlosigkeit produziere, antwortet Friedrich Merz, dass in Deutschland jeder, der ein Dach über dem Kopf benötige, auch eines bekommt, und das ist die unverfrorenste Lüge seit langem.
