A big heartfelt thanks to all those who decided to stay home and not vote last November.

Lazy, shortsighted, naive bunch of a-holes.

This guy is in one of the worst prisons in the world with no way out and may spend the rest of his life there because, it appears, he has an autism awareness tattoo in honor of his little brother.

Notably, everyone who is asking where the protests are could be organizing a protest right now. It makes sense to them that they are focused on other things, but not that others are — while they ignore the people who do protest and the folks who are still fighting charges from previous protests.

Why is this so hard for white people to grasp? White voters are the key voters. If white voters were even a smidge better, Harris wins in a blowout. Any Democrat wins in a blowout.
If this election had been up to only POC, Harris would have swept the swing states. Trump did *better.* He did not win majorities. The key everywhere was…white voters. If even white voters split 55-45 for Trump, Harris is President.

The Democratic party is not just politicians - it’s all of us constituents as well. We don’t agree on everything and there are a lot of different agendas, but what we have in common is that we’re more liberal than conservative. We vote blue because

I’ll never get over that all of this was avoidable and our kids could’ve had a better future had voters just made the obviously rational choice in November. It’s water under the bridge now. But what the fuck, people.

In case you’re wondering, electing Harris was the only safeguard we were left with. There was no card up Biden’s sleeve because that’s not how our government works. Our best hope now that the non-voters have screwed us over is to convince them to vote in the midterms so we can have more control.
