😅😂 Were Tarot cards or Ouija boards allowed? She could have avoided those prosecutorial errors. A quick shuffle, reading & a seance or 2 later & voilá, "much better, but later" evidence.

Lots of theater arresting Comey without a sufficient case. DOJ took Felon-in-Chief orders. Timed for impact.

We’ve repeated a warning for a long time: “Eventually, the monster will come for us all.” We’ve said it to each other as Trump and his administration have continued targeting anyone they view as part of the resistance, attempting to silence and eliminate opposition,

Billie Eilish asked an important question: "If you’re a billionaire, why are you a billionaire?"

There are FIVE ways to accumulate a billion dollars:

1) Profiting from a monopoly
2) Insider-trading
3) Political payoffs
4) Fraud
5) Inheritance

Billionaires are the result of a failed system.

Let’s be clear: The DOJ has already been subpoenaed. They’re legally obligated to release the full Epstein files—and they’re still dragging their feet.

It’s a shame we’ve even gotten to the point of needing a discharge petition.

Increase in productivity since 1979: 87%

Increase in hourly pay since 1979: 32%

Just so happens that ~25% of workers were unionized in 1979. Today? 10%.

As unions declined, the super-rich have taken a larger share of wealth generated by labor. We must build back union power.

This is odd, it looks like the DOJ skipped suing Texas entirely. The Justice Department is now suing California over the new congressional district boundaries that voters approved just last week, Attorney General Pam Bondi announced Thursday in a post on X. Who are they going to sue, the voters?

Interesting how ICE flights weren't impacted by the shutdown. Just commercial flights. Yet we had to end the shutdown for the airlines?

Sure, Jan.

The American people deserve answers, and it’s time for the DOJ and FBI to provide them.

While we appreciate that the Epstein estate has been transparent, it’s time for the Administration to do their part.

It exposes a lot.

The corrupt, the bigots, the just generally hateful are outting themselves.
One of the unacknowledged advantages of this awful era is that it's revealing for all to see the putrid connections between great wealth and great power.

The intentions of the oligarchs are fully exposed and more blatant than ever.

But remember: We outnumber the oligarchs.

Sandwich verdict wasn’t jury nullification. It was failure to prove the required “reasonable fear of physical injury” in a case where the agent was wearing A BULLETPROOF VEST. The only crime was the waste of resources on this case. My thoughts in @MSNBCDaily.

Opinion | The sandwich thrower was wrong. But Jeanine Pirro was, too.
To establish a forcible assault, jurors were required to find that Dunn caused “reasonable apprehension of immediate bodily harm.” That allegation was laughable.
