As I feared, it seems that Trump is going to warp antitrust to attack pro-consumer, pro-competition Netflix/WB deal. Trump wants Warner Bros. to end up in hands of right-wing Trump courtier Larry Ellison, owner of Paramount, rather than Netflix, whose founder and CEO are both Dem donors.
MAGA is back pretending they care about corporate power and "antitrust reform" (with the press' help) this time as a ruse to help Larry Ellison top Netflix in the acquisition bid for Warner Brothers, CNN, and HBO:
