More on the Unbound/Boundless mess. This was a community of authors and readers who believed in a different way of doing things. My heart goes out to my fellow authors who are left with so much uncertainty and the loss of what we worked so hard to build.

5-Minute Veggie Meatball Manchurian & Ginger-Spring Onion Rice. Both dishes cook at the same time using the magical PIP method, or pot-in-pot technique. This trick blows my mind with how efficient it is.

I don't think Sanjana Modha is on here (yet?) but on Twitter (@sanjanafeasts, iirc, probably the same on Insta) she was the absolute go-to for tips on the Gujarati (and other) foods I've adopted by marriage, and I'm thrilled to have just taken delivery of her first book.
