Incorporating opponent skill into WAR estimates for pitchers. In lieu of league average I am using a batters twOBA against that pitcher's hand in 2025 as the comparison for each plate appearance to calculate wRAA. Sum that, add in replacement ((20/600)*PA) and divide by 9.7. Includes playoffs.
