Happy Valentine’s Day!

A little love token ❤️

Objects like this little silver-gilt love heart would've been traditionally presented as a love token and would've contained scented vinegar or spices to 'revive the senses'.

Each year, Oxford University Press names a Children’s Word of the Year. For 2025, children across the UK chose peace.

With 1 in 5 children worldwide now living through or affected by conflict, it’s no surprise.

They’re paying attention. They’re asking for change. It’s time the world listened.
