I have, I think, entered the dotty/batty stage of my relationship with my second most difficult aunt: she sends me long texts that require long explanations & I give a detailed response & she texts back things like, “Oh!” or “My!” or “Hooray!” or “Off to lunch!” or “Worried about my geranium.”
