I'm so grumpy today. I had to do two things earlier this week and have slept for a couple of days, but have been super grumpy when I'm awake and I don't know why! I'm not even in enough pain to justify why I'm so uncomfortable in my skin.

Not to brag, but I did indeed get my shit together. Today I have had a shower and got dressed and got in the car to tag along to the Komodo Dragon guy chat.
A shower is usually my accomplishment for at least two days. I am killing it. (And by it, I mean my body will kill me later 😂)

Just a reminder that many animal shelters also have a “pet food pantry” for people in need. And many food pantries will also accept pet food donations.
Some people may now need to redirect pet-food funds towards their own needs or choose to go hungry in order to ensure their pets do not.

I had my first appointment with the specialist pain team today and they think they can help me. I could cry with relief.
But also with frustration that my GP lied about referral, then told me that I didn't need them because he was managing my pain & made me beg. I could have had this 18 months ago.

It has taken 24h for me to cycle through waking up post flu & covid jabs with every cell in my body hurting, to managing to take anti-emetics, take my meds, eat some bread, take some painkillers, slowly feel more human, take more of my meds, sleep sleep sleep, wake up with my whole body screaming.
