I think this happens a lot more than people would think. Mainstream and even independent media coverage on culture war issues often cede to the framing of the right-wing weirdos and acts as though they are this kind of venerable vanguard party, when usually they're the new kids in town.

I specifically waited until the 1.0 rules for Trench Crusade came out before I kept making videos about it and continuing my faction guide series but I'm gonna be so forreal even though they said 1.0 wasn't going to have major rebalances I now feel like my previous faction guide videos are outdated.

Zohran Mamdani is the first politician I've seen in my life who's aware of the fact that campaigning and speaking to your constituents doesn't end on election night. I love that it seems like he's committed to talking to his people even after he won the election.

I love how I can tell whenever someone's either made a response video to me or one of my videos got passed around a chud forum because I'll randomly start receiving near-daily comments on a several year old video. I don't pay attention to what they say but they still show up in my inbox.

After the second round of debate I almost feel the need to apologize to Zohran Mamdani for the way in which my religious and ethnic identity are being so flagrantly weaponized against him, not just by his opponents but seemingly by the moderators running these debates as well.

Legit, I hung around with stoners at college and although they offered me stuff, that was just them being polite and wanting to share. There was no pressure.
Whereas with AI it's been jammed in every piece of of software I use without asking. Often without even telling me, either.
